Puppy Face

You need: Paper, Pencil. Optional: Eraser, Brown, tan and pink crayons or markers.

Thick lines: draw these now. Thin gray: already drawn. Dashed: light guides you erase later.

  1. 1. Draw a big circle for the head.

  2. 2. Draw a long, floppy ear hanging down each side of the head.

  3. 3. Draw a light line down the middle and one across, a little above the center. They are guides.

  4. 4. Draw a round eye on each side, right on the line across. Fill them in.

  5. 5. Draw a wide oval at the bottom of the face for the muzzle.

  6. 6. Draw a big round nose at the top of the muzzle and fill it in.

  7. 7. Draw a short line down from the nose, then a curve on each side for the mouth.

  8. 8. Draw a little tongue under the mouth, with a line down its middle.

    9. Erase the guide lines.

  10. 10. Draw a bumpy patch around one eye.

Tip: Keep the ears outside the head circle. They hang down beside it like long socks.
