Human-Centered Design and Accessibility
Learners put people at the centre of their capstone: they observe users and write evidence-based personas, prototype and iterate, run neutral usability tests and analyse success, time and errors, apply WCAG accessibility principles (computing real contrast ratios, keyboard access, labels and semantic HTML), and evaluate designs for inclusion, cognitive load, consent and dark patterns.

What learners will discover
- Apply a human-centred design cycle: observe users, define needs and personas, prototype and iterate.
- Plan and analyse usability tests with realistic tasks, neutral facilitation, metrics and severity ratings.
- Apply accessibility principles, including computed contrast ratios, keyboard access, labels and semantic HTML.
