My child's stars disappeared after guest play
Guest progress is saved only in that browser. If the browser's storage was cleared, it can't be recovered. Saving progress to a free family account keeps it safe.
How do I stop sounds or animations?
In any game, use the speaker button for quiet mode and the clock button for calm mode. Parents can also set these on each child's profile.
Why is a level locked?
Levels open in order as your child completes them. Some tracks also have plan levels after the free ones; free levels, saving and basic reports never need a plan.
