Networks and Responsible Communication

Learners follow an email from a device through routers and the internet to a mail server, where it waits until the receiver's device collects it. They choose the right tool and tone for a purpose and audience, learn the parts of an email, practise responsible habits (think before sending, ask before forwarding, report worrying messages), and write a clear, kind email of their own.

  • About 60 minutes
  • Communication check: 8 questions
  • Ways to answer: choose an answer, highlight a text, match pairs, put in order, sort into groups and write a short answer
