What it is
At Olly's pretend market, every item has a price tag. Children pay with pretend pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and dollar bills by dragging them to the counter. Later they pay with the fewest coins they can, and then take the shopkeeper's side and count out change. All money in the game is pretend and drawn in PlayOwl's own style.
What children learn
Builds coin recognition and value, counting mixed coins by ones, fives, tens and twenty-fives, writing money with ¢ and $, adding two prices, using the fewest coins, and counting up to make change.
