Hoot Hoops

What it is

Shoot hoops with Olly and Bolt on a park court, in the gym, at the beach, on a street court and on a rooftop, by day, at sunset and under the lights. Every right answer earns you a shot: drag back from the ball to aim and set your power, or use the arrow keys, and let it fly. Olly and Bolt take friendly turns too, getting better as the levels rise, and a wrong answer gives them a steal. Every few games brings something new: shots from new spots, golden double-point balls, hot streaks, a moving hoop, three-pointers, wind, a jumping defender and a sliding hoop, and every sixth game is a big match against a champion captain in the arena. Baskets are just a bonus for fun; stars come from your answers. Tracks cover number sense, math facts, parts of speech, world geography and science.

Practises number sense (counting, comparing, even and odd, patterns), math facts, parts of speech, continents, oceans, countries and capitals, and science facts, with every answer checked on the server.
