Respond to a Fictional Incident
Learners follow a fictional food pantry through a realistic account-compromise incident, from a lookalike email to a copied volunteer list. They learn the phases and roles of incident response, separate events from incidents and rate severity, build a timeline from several logs while preserving evidence, and practice clear, factual communication and a blameless post-incident review with owned action items.

- Communicate an incident factually and helpfully, and run a blameless post-incident review that turns root causes into owned action items.
