What it is
A 3D diorama with a pond, a desert, a forest, the Arctic and the ocean. Read what each animal or plant needs (water, food, shelter and the right temperature) and place it where those needs are met. Older players also build food chains, starting with a living thing that makes its own food from sunlight. All art is original low-poly models.
What children learn
Living things have needs, and habitats meet them in different ways. Animals and plants have features that suit their habitats. Food chains show how energy from the sun passes from producers to the animals that eat them.

How to play
Pick a card from the tray, then tap a habitat to place it there. Tap a placed item to pick it up again. Press Check when everything is placed. Drag to look around; + and − zoom. Keyboard: arrow keys turn the view, + and − zoom, R resets; Tab to a card, press Enter, then choose a habitat button. A flat picture view works without 3D graphics.
