Computing Systems and Troubleshooting
Learners model a computing system as hardware, software, data and people working together, tell memory (a desk for work in progress) from storage (a filing cabinet that keeps files), and tell the operating system from apps. They then troubleshoot like technicians: describe the symptom, guess a likely cause, test one fix, and check the result.
