Integrate Informational Sources
Learners read several short sources about monarch butterflies: a chronological article, a problem-and-solution article, a chart from a fictional nature center and two accounts of the same tagging day. They compare text structures, analyze how two accounts differ in point of view, combine information from several sources to answer questions and write a paragraph that integrates two sources.
