Compare and Describe Measurements
A pumpkin can be tall, heavy and wide all at once. Children learn the things we can measure about an object (length, height, weight, how much it holds), compare two objects directly by lining up ends, and compare weights with their hands and a balance scale, discovering that bigger is not always heavier.
