Reversible and Irreversible Changes
Heating and cooling change materials: ice melts, chocolate softens, eggs cook and paper burns. Learners sort these changes into ones that can be reversed (changed back) and ones that cannot, and practise building an argument with evidence: a claim, the observations that support it, and why those observations matter.
